Inside and Outside totes the bulk..

The power of folk music has always been known to carry substance, emotional indiscretion, direction, love, and of course, inevitably shaping some sort of poetic focus upon your life, and perhaps the simple truth about it. Susan Souza's INSIDE AND OUTSIDE totes the bulk. CAN WE mildly explicates itself as the album's anthem. "Can we experience the first time after the first time?" are words that linger like good advise you are meant to hear. YOU ARE THE ONE is eager to unfold and opined with traditional style at just the right level for INSIDE AND OUTSIDE to kick you back in, the rare tick essential to keeping all the peices glued. WILDFLOWERS,delicate and beautiful, seems to acquaint itself with an often encountered sound, but doesn't fall short of working out that "gut hurt" that makes you want to listen again and again. On a road of fanfaronade songwriters singing about falling too fast, prosaic identities, and thoughts deeper than space, one is easily overcome with the familiar drinking your coffee from the same mug every morning feeling. Fortunately for artists like Susan Souza, we can count on discovering that tiny thread of distinction. With this album, Susan has found a way to harvest a natural spirit of what seems to really matter or maybe what shouldn't, either way, on INSIDE AND OUTSIDE, her voice allows her to pick and choose from both.
